Counselling & Spiritual Ministry at Life Church

At RIVER VALLEY VANCOUVER, we believe in the Word of God as the most important guide and life manual for everyday guidance and counsel. In Proverbs 19:20 (NLT) King Solomon gives us great advice: “Get all the advice and instruction you can, so you will be wise the rest of your life.”

The wise man listens to godly advice, accepts challenges and instruction as an opportunity for growth, and proactively pursues biblical-based wisdom for all areas of life.

Our powerful Pastoral Team are dedicated to providing pastoral counsel, spiritual ministry and guidance to those who are part of the River Valley Church family. If you are in need of freedom, counsel, spiritual ministry or guidance, here is what you can expect from River Valley Church:

  1. After completing an application form online, you can expect an email/phone call to discuss next steps. Depending on the situation and past counselling/spiritual ministry experiences, someone on the Team might schedule an Introductory meeting via Zoom.

  2. If we feel it’s a good fit, River Valley Church will offer 2 complimentary Pastoral Counselling Sessions (45 mins each). If Spiritual Ministry is best suited, River Valley Church will schedule a Spiritual Ministry Session.

  3. Upon completion of the last session, we can recommend next steps however, below are the Christian-based services we recommend.
