Nursery · 6 weeks - 2 YEAR OLD
In our nursery, we embrace the joy and innocence of early childhood. This special space is dedicated to free play, where little hearts and minds can explore in a safe, loving environment. Here, we not only watch over your children but also take moments to pray over them, blessing their growth and journey in faith as soft worship music fills the air.

Preschool · 3 - 5 YEARS OLD
Welcome to our Preschool Program, a nurturing space for 3 to 5-year-olds where we blend interactive lessons, worship, and play to foster a love for Jesus. In this loving environment, children delve into Bible stories, engage in fun activities, and participate in meaningful discussions and prayer. Guided by our caring volunteers, they grow in faith and understanding. "Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it" (Proverbs 22:6).

Elementary · 6 years old - GRADE 5
In our Elementary classroom at River Valley Kids, children engage in an enriching journey of faith through scripture study, interactive lessons, games, and worship, embracing the joy of learning about Jesus. We focus on teaching Kingdom principles and guiding each child towards their God-given destiny. We incorporate fun elements like a stamp system and Sweet Treats for participation and completing SOAP journals, culminating in a monthly visit to our Kids Store. Our goal is to educate and empower parents and create sensory-friendly spaces ensuring every Sunday is the best day of the week for our kids - Because One Moment in the Presence of God changes everything.

When arriving to River Valley Kids, you will register your family at the Kids Check In stand, where a team member can assist you. You will then check-in your child at a check-in station and print off their name tags. You will receive two name tags, one for your child to give to their teacher and one for pick-up after service. It is important you keep your child’s pick-up sticker, as that is a security measure we take to ensure all pick-ups are safe!
A team member will then show you to your child’s classroom, where they will be checked into that particular classroom!

We keep it safe in River Valley Kids and have security measures presented at all times. All persons entering the rooms are either serving as a volunteer or dropping off/picking up children. In addition to this, all volunteers are background and reference checked before they serve. Each of our classrooms has room ratios to ensure the safety of the specific ages.

Child dedications are a special opportunity for parents to commit to raising their children in faith, trusting God’s plan for their lives. As a church family, we come alongside you in prayer and support as you dedicate your little one to the Lord. Dedications take place four to five times a year, and it would be an honour to celebrate this moment with you!

Our kids are world changers! Complete the application below to serve in River Valley Kids. Upon completion, someone from RVV will review your submission and connect with you to determine the best fit for your gifts and schedule!

In our preschool and elementary rooms, your child will dive deep into Bible stories through a variety of large group lessons, games, discussions with leaders and prayer time. We believe in the next generation and our greatest joy is to grow and go together!

River Valley Kids is broken up into three age ranges: Nursery (6 weeks to 2 years old), Preschool (3 to 5 years old) and Elementary (6 years to 5th grade).
