Be The Man is a 14-day men’s challenge that will help you to be the man God created you to be. This challenge will include Relational, Emotional, Physical and Spiritual practices (R.E.P.S.) that you can engage in throughout this challenge. You were created to be a man of integrity, a man of strength, a man who loves and leads his family and a man who is close to his creator. Are you ready for the challenge?

Do’s
Single
Spend intentional time time with a friend doing something you enjoy once a week
Give a friend or family member personalized encouragement sometime during the 14 days
Put your phone away every mealtime when out with others
Married
Some sort of ‘Date Night’ with your wife once a week
Get your wife flowers sometime during the 14 days
Put your phone away every mealtime with your family
Don’ts
No Pornography (for the rest of your life)
No screens before 7am or after 10pm (unless it’s your work)

Do’s
Apologize immediately and genuinely when you do something wrong
Forgive immediately and genuinely when someone wrongs you
Call or get together with someone who has deeply impacted your life and thank them for what they have done for you (or even send a text)
Write down something your grateful for every day. Use notes on your phone or keep a written journal
Don’ts
No complaining
No cursing

Do’s
30 minutes of exercise daily (this can include walking)
Drink half your weight in ounces of water every day
BONUS: Do total 1000 push-ups, sit-ups, squats or pull-ups (or any combination) over the next two weeks (about 71 avg/day)
Don’ts
No alcohol, cannabis, vaping, smoking, or other substances
No Sugar filled pop
No cheat days
BONUS: Cut all the added sugar snacks, treats, coffee syrups etc.

Read your bible (20 minutes), pray and journal (10 minutes) every day (Use S.O.A.P through the River Valley Church App or the Bible App if you don’t have a bible reading plan)
Attend your local church every week, no skips
Trust God with your tithe (10%) and give to your local church
If you have kids, pray over them every time you put them to bed
One 24-hour fast (no food) and spend mealtimes in prayer one time in during this challenge
